In November 2016 we made the decision to get legally married. Even though we’d been engaged for more than a year, it was bittersweet - born out of fear and grasping for a sense of security. And since it all happened so fast we never got the chance to celebrate with all of you. We’d still hoped to have a wedding but those plans got derailed by life, the pandemic, costs, etc. and eventually we gave up on the idea. Now, as we approach our ten year anniversary (which just happens to be the same year we both turn 40) we’re throwing the cocktail party of our dreams so we can finally host you all for a blowout celebration.
